Googlewacking

After my good friend Nigel Dexter, (creator of the Toast Post), said he had seen Dave Gorman’s Googlewack Adventure too, I felt compelled to try it myself.

To the uninitiated:

A ‘Googlewhack’ is a query consisting of two words (without quotation marks) entered into Google’s search page that returns a single result. ‘Googlewhacking’ or ‘Googlewhackingoff’ is the pastime activity of finding such a result. A person attempting to find Googlewhacks is known as a ‘Googlewhacker’.

I decided that I had a go, and after a while I came up with “taxidermist cummerband”.

Google

I am only writing my Googlewack on this site because since I found the googlewack some new results have started to appear, so technically it isn’t one any more… but when I found it- it was!

Googlewhack

I will gloss over the fact that Nigel has found more Googlewacks than me… he has more time on his hands.
